Dr. Ninel Wendover is the proud owner of Fly Creek Dental & Aesthetics and Sauquoit Creek Dental, where she combines modern dental technology, advanced training, and a personalized approach to patient care.

Dr. Wendover earned her bachelor's degree from Stony Brook University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. She went on to complete a General Practice Residency at York Hospital in Pennsylvania, where she gained additional experience in comprehensive dentistry, surgery, and dental implants.

Dr. Wendover believes that dentistry is constantly evolving, and she is dedicated to evolving with it. She has invested extensively in continuing education, particularly in periodontal disease, advanced laser dentistry, and TMJ treatment.

Her commitment to bringing modern dentistry to her patients is reflected in the advanced technology available at her practices, including CEREC same-day crowns, Solea laser dentistry, and PerioLase technology for LANAP and LAPIP periodontal treatments.

She also offers Invisalign clear aligners and facial aesthetic treatments, providing patients with a comprehensive range of options for their oral health and appearance.

Keeping Dentistry Independent and Patient-Focused

Dr. Wendover is passionate about preserving independently owned dentistry in Upstate New York.

Her decision to purchase Sauquoit Creek Dental was driven in part by a desire to keep local dental care out of the hands of large corporations and preserve an alternative for patients who value personalized treatment.

She strongly believes that dental care should be guided by patients' needs and clinical judgment—not dictated by insurance companies. By maintaining independent practices, she can focus on recommending appropriate treatment options while giving patients the information and freedom to make their own decisions about their dental health.

Beyond the Office

When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Wendover enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, a son and a daughter. Like many working parents, she balances a busy professional life with the joys and challenges of raising a family.

Her connection to family and community is a big part of why she values keeping dentistry personal, local, and independent.
